Terms of Use

1. General

These Terms govern the use of Proxys Store (the “Store”), operated at proxysvpn.store as part of the ProxysVPN project.

By placing an order and paying for it, the Buyer confirms they have read and accept these Terms in full.

These Terms exist in Russian and English. In case of divergence, the Russian version prevails.

2. Nature of the service

The Store resells access to a residential proxy pool owned by an upstream provider. The Store operates no proxy servers of its own.

The product is digital and intangible. It is metered in gigabytes of traffic, and purchased traffic does not expire.

Access is delivered as connection credentials: gateway address, login and password.

3. Ordering and delivery

The Store has no accounts. At checkout the Buyer provides a contact — an email address or a Telegram username — to which the credentials are sent.

Providing a contact is a condition of fulfilment: the Store has no other way to reach the Buyer, and the Buyer is responsible for its accuracy.

Credentials are sent once payment is confirmed. During launch, delivery may be performed manually and in that case takes no more than 24 hours from confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is made in cryptocurrency through a payment operator. The price is fixed in roubles when the invoice is created and is not revised afterwards.

Network fees are paid by the Buyer. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible by nature: neither the Store nor the payment operator can cancel or recall a completed payment.

If less than the invoiced amount arrives, the order is not considered paid. Such cases are resolved individually through support.

5. Refunds

Because the product is digital and intangible, spent traffic is not refundable.

A refund is possible only where access was not delivered through the fault of the Store, confirmed by a support request. Refunds are made in cryptocurrency to an address given by the Buyer, less network fees.

Being unable to accomplish a particular task through working credentials is not grounds for a refund. Section 6 states what the Store does guarantee.

6. Quality and limits

The Store guarantees that delivered credentials work and that the volume matches what was paid for. It does not guarantee success against any particular target website.

Residential proxies use home ISP addresses, and target sites are free to apply their own restrictions. The share of successful requests depends on the target and the task.

• —Several categories are blocked by the upstream provider and are unavailable through the Store: government sites, banking and payment services, and individual resources on its restriction list.
• —Targeting finer than country level, as well as premium, mobile and datacenter pools, is provided on separate terms and is not part of the base plan.
• —Maintenance and failures on the upstream side may make the pool temporarily unavailable.

7. Prohibited use

The Buyer undertakes to use the access for lawful purposes only and in compliance with the rules of target resources.

• —spam and any unsolicited bulk messaging;
• —password guessing, credential stuffing, circumvention of authentication;
• —network attacks, including denial of service, and distribution of malware;
• —any action breaking applicable law or the rights of third parties.

8. Consequences of violations

Where section 7 is violated, access is revoked without refund. This is deliberately strict: abuse complaints go to the upstream provider and bring restrictions on the whole pool, meaning on every other Buyer.

The Store may pass order details to the upstream provider and to competent authorities where the law requires it.

9. Limitation of liability

The Store is not liable for:

• —direct or indirect losses of the Buyer, including lost profit;
• —consequences of the Buyer's use of the access provided;
• —acts or omissions of third parties, including the upstream provider, payment systems and internet providers;
• —temporary technical failures, maintenance and restrictions applied by target resources.

10. Changes

The Store may amend these Terms. The version published on this page is the one in force; its date is shown above. Orders already paid for are governed by the version in force at the time of payment.
