Choosing a country
Getting an address in the country you need without changing password or gateway.
A suffix on the username
The country is selected by appending to the username: two underscores, cr, a dot and the two-letter country code. Password and gateway stay the same.
For Germany the username becomes LOGIN__cr.de, for the United States LOGIN__cr.us.
