Privacy Policy

1. General

This Policy describes what data Proxys Store collects at proxysvpn.store, how it is used and how it is protected.

This Policy exists in Russian and English. In case of divergence, the Russian version prevails.

2. What we collect

The Store collects the minimum needed to fulfil an order:

• —the contact given at checkout: an email address or a Telegram username;
• —the contents and amount of the order, and the payment identifier assigned by the payment operator;
• —technical request data, including the IP address, solely for rate limiting and protection against automated abuse.

3. What we do not collect

There is no registration, so names, phone numbers, identity documents and payment details are neither requested nor stored. Card details are inaccessible to the Store by design: payment is made in cryptocurrency on the operator's side.

Traffic is counted by two tools. Vercel Web Analytics works without cookies and records only aggregate facts — the page opened, the referrer, the country, the device type and the browser.

Yandex Metrica works differently: it sets cookies and records on-page behaviour — cursor movement, scrolling, clicks and form input. It is there so we can see where a visitor gets stuck choosing a plan or paying. The recordings are anonymous: the Store passes neither the buyer's contact, nor the order number, nor the issued credentials to the counter, and cannot tie a recording to a person. You may opt out with a blocker extension or by disallowing cookies in the browser; the Store keeps working either way.

4. Proxy usage logs

The Store keeps no record of what the Buyer visits through the access provided, and is technically removed from it: the traffic passes through the upstream provider's infrastructure.

The upstream provider keeps its own records to the extent set by its own rules. The Store does not influence those records and has no access to traffic contents.

5. How data is used

The contact is used to deliver credentials and to correspond about the order. Order data is used for payment records and support. Technical data is used for rate limiting.

The Store sends no marketing mailings.

6. Sharing with third parties

Data is shared only to the extent needed to fulfil an order:

• —with the payment operator — the amount and order identifier, to process payment;
• —with the upstream pool provider — what is needed to create the access;
• —with competent authorities — where the law expressly requires it.

7. Storage and protection

Order data is kept for no longer than 180 days from checkout, after which it is deleted automatically. Data in transit between the Buyer and the Store is protected by channel encryption.

8. Buyer rights

The Buyer may request the data stored for their order and ask for its deletion by contacting support with the order number. Deleting the contact before delivery makes fulfilment impossible.

9. Changes

The Store may amend this Policy. The version published on this page is the one in force; its date is shown above.
